Default passenger side mirror replacement?

I have an '04 RX330. The mirror on my passenger side door is "tinted" from what I can only assume is an overheated something or other.

Regardless, what are my option here as far as a replacement? I don't care if it's auto-dimming/heating and whatnot. I just want the mirror to look ok and actually function like a mirror and I don't want to spend the $300-$700 to replace it OEM.

Thanks!

Would go over to eBay to look there. Usually a variety of options for you.

salvage yards. Once you the the correct mirror for your year/type, memory setting would probably work out ok.

So, can you replace just the mirror on these mirrors or is that really more trouble than it's worth?

Sewell shows that the mirror 'sub-assembly' is $387, but some places on ebay have just the glass for $50+-

http://www.ebay.com/itm/06-09-RX350-Side-Mirror-Replacement-Glass-Both-Driver-Passenger-Heat-/251425564001?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3ARX330&hash=item3a8a21a561&vxp=mtr
Here is a picture of mine. I honestly have no idea what went wrong. The mirror works fine, you just can't see a damn thing and I'm assuming it doesn't heat up anymore, I honestly don't know that either.

Thanks in advance. I'm new to this car, but not cars.
