Default Service Contract Refund?

I have a 2008 RX350 and bought it used with 64k miles. I purchased a 2 yr/100k Platinum service warranty from Lexus dealership.
I have heard that if I don't use my warranty. I can claim for full refund for what I paid for the service contract. Is that true?

What does the contract say? If it doesn't explicitly say it you are on your own.

i think the best option would be to call lexus or the dealer that sold you the contract and ask them,

then post on here what you find to help others

" If it doesn't implicitly say it you are on your own."
I think he means explicitly. Contractual implications are seldom enforceable.

You are correct and I have corrected that post above. I should have known better.
