I noticed yesterday , that my wife's RX 330 is sagging on the drivers side. When turned on, the car raises to its normal height without any warning lights. It doesn't matter if the RX is in the low , normal or high setting the front end sags a little on the drivers side. The button to make the car drop on the drivers side is not pushed in either. Anyone else had or have this problem or has a solution to correct it?

how much? measure from the ground to the middle of the fairings on each corner. they should be the same.

dont forget to check tire pressure first.

Sounds like your strut is going bad.

Yes I added air to all the tires , and she still leans slightly in the front. Htownblue, I think you are correct, the front drivers side strut may be going bad. Its still under warranty and its going in next Tuesday to get changed out.

Guys Its the driver side strut that has failed. Because the driver side has failed, Lexus is replacing both front struts under warranty. So if you guys with electric suspension notice a sag in your vehicle, most likely the strut has gone out.

If the dealership hasn't disposed of it yet, its yours. I'll call this morning and see.
