White dust problem on dash

Got the RX back an hour ago and everything inside looks the same as it went in except they detailed the interior and exterior. They also polished out a scratch free of charge. Talked to the SA and he said it's not RX specific, i asked him what this would cost if it were out of warranty and he said you dont wanna know.

the Evaporator assembly is listed around $300 at Sewell Online. I imagine the labor is the biggest cost involved.

They needed 2 days for the job and my dealer charges $137/hour so labor wise its huge.

This is a huge job. Sorry to say that there exist failure modes when the whole dash is taken apart. It is a risk.
