TSB Recalibrate ECM engine & transmission
#48
Yep, it's only a TSB not a recall so the SA usually never mentioned them when you bring in your car unless you state the problem to them.
Since the RX is mainly my wife's car and she drives pretty slow, she does not even noticed it. Me driving a little more aggressive - I experienced it a few times when trying to make a quick lane change and the car seems to stall quite a while before it finally shift down and go. This always makes me think twice when driving the RX in making quick lane changes or just flat out down shift the car manually and leave it in low gear during slower traffic (4 or 3) for such an occasion. No such issue with my daily driving IS350.
