Can I Switch From Dino Oil To Synthetic?

67K miles is just run in. Yes you could change to a Synthetic with no issues.
The Leakage myth is just that these days. The original Synthetics had different seal-swell characteristics to mineral oils and this caused some leaks with high mileage engines.
This has been resolved in modern oils. Synthetics are the preferred factory fill for many Marques such as Porsche etc these days.
Try Pennzoil Platinum, Valvoline Syn, Shell Helix, Mobil 1, Castrol Edge or AMSoil. The Pennzoil and Valvoline probably provide the best bang for your buck.

I had the leak with my 2000 RX the first time I tried Syn blend. The leak was in a known area for early RXs, the rear main seal. This was the first time it leaked and the last time as I didn't use Syn blend again. I traded the RX in on a new 08 a year ago.

I concur. My wife had 2000 RX300 and I switched from dino oil to Mobile-1. Main rear seal stared to leak after 4K-5K miles on synthetic oil. It started slow, but eventually I had to go back to dino oil and used additive first dino oil change. That took care of the leak.
