Windshield washer pump problem - no power to the pump motor
I have a 99 RX300 and the windshield washer is no longer spraying (in the back or the front)! I first checked fluid levels (fine), fuse (fine), listened for the motor (no sound) so I used a tester and have found that there is no power running to it-- is there a switch between the fuse and the washer fluid pump that can be replaced? or what are my options?
I am a newbie on here but wasn't able to find a solution for my problem in previous posts.

Facing the wire harness connector with the tab on top they are 1,2,3
Pin 2 should have power when key is in ON position.
Pin 1 has continuity to ground when front washer is turned on
Pin 3 has continuity to ground when rear washer is turned on

Thank you! apparently we were doing something wrong when testing yesterday-- now it seems that we DO have power and just need to find the correct replacement pump. Thanks again!
