so if engine oil hadn't been changed in 30-40k miles but started doing it regularly now, does it mean it's too late and the engine won't live as long as it could have? does the same principle apply to the transmission?

WOW!!!! THAT!!!! is amazing!!!!. I dont know what you did to get it that far but congrats on hitting that many miles!!!!. That makes my 300 look like a baby still with only 153000 and change miles. Again just amazing!!! hope u get it to half a million!

This has to be a rx cluster. Its exactly the same as the one on my rx.

I had hoped mine would be around for that mileage, but I'm at 191000 and a standstill for 7 months.

With my commuting I'm doing now, I'm averaging 28K a year, so it'll be interesting how many miles I can accumulate over the next 6-7 years...
