2001 RX300 cold engine squealing/whistling noise

BTW i found a youtube video which shows much worse engine mount movement than what i see on my car.
Also as i mentioned that the noise disappears after about 4-5 minutes i.e. after 4-5 minutes i can change the gear to R and don't notice any change in the sound.

I took few video's of my own car and have uploaded on youtube.
First video is the most recent one and covers on the wider area under the hood..
The other video's are old one's with more focus on the area near the alternator and the belt.
The more i looked online the more it seems to me that the issue can be with the engine mount, though what is baffling me is the noise goes away after 4-5 minutes.Something is essentially getting heated up and reducing the noise.
In post #15 above i have given more details. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...ml#post9591025
I guess i am asking for too much of hand holding, but if any experienced folks can look at the video and suggest me what should be my next steps then i would really appreciate.

Updates:
Performed the full Transmission pan/filter/oil DIY and the noise has gone away. There were metal shavings on the magnet and two very small pieces of metal in the pan.
Have been performing this DIY on my 2001 RX FWD almost every 15-20K since it had 80K miles, but i guess at 151K end of my Transmission may be coming soon. The gears were shifting pretty normal even with the noise at all the different speeds.
Anyways any suggestions to get more life out of my Transmission? Or something that i can get done on it by any Transmission specialist which is going to be cheaper than the full transmission replacement if it fails.
I am planning to driver it for another 3-4 years (hopefully)!

I have an RX300 with a similar cold engine squealing/whistling noise that always goes away after 10 seconds or so.
Did the squealing noise at cold ever come back after the transmission DIY? How did the transmission behave since then?
Thanks,
