Mityvac 7201 Fluid Evacuator Trans & Oil Change
Has anyone used this Mityvac 7201 Fluid Evacuator to do their transmission and oil change on the RX300? I just purchase this for my other car, and it works very well, but I don't know if it will work with my RX300? Because I read some threads saying that some car have the flapper at the end of the oil dip stick and the evacuator tube will get stuck once you push it down the oil dip tube to extract the oil.
Thanks

I would recommend not using it on the tranny for sure. You really need to get the junk sitting on the bottom out and flush out the differential too (these cars have 2 drain plugs). I'm really not in love with them for the oil either, basically for the same reason, especially with a car that is known to sludge up so easily. They do work great for drawing fluid out of the power steering reservoir, mower, boat, etc.

It takes all of 2 mins to take the drain plug off and drain it the right way.
