Welcome bgirl to Club Lexus.
This is more than likely the battery needs changing. I had this problem about 5 years ago with the stock Lexus battery and had it changed out under warranty (the 4 year/50K mile one).

Out of Warranty
Hi bgirl,
From your description, your battery hasn't long to live. It probably has a dead cell or an internal short circuit that draws down voltage quickly when the car is parked. Shop the sales over the holiday weekend and replace it by next week with a good quality battery such as Sears or Interstate. You need not spend a fortune, just get a good, maintenance-free 48-month battery and you will save a LOT of money. Good deals available at Sams, Costco, etc.
Your center stack will exhibit all sorts of weird behavior in the presence of low voltage, so expect strange displays from the info screen too.
