Dealer broke my antenna mast AGAIN!
About 2-years back got service at the local Lexus dealer. They run it through the auto car wash. The car jockey has to listen to music for the 2-minutes he's driving and does not realize the '99 RX has a retractable antenna and it breaks. They replace it free. Today, got an oil change/tire rotation at the local Toyota dealer. The car jockey pulls up the RX and hip hop is playing. I get in and looking in the rear view, the antenna looks bent. I turn the radio off and the antenna goes down only half way. Get out and speak with the service adviser. They ordered a new antenna mast from Lexus and will install free. You would think the car jockey would at least know to change the station back to the original setting. Idiots.
Perhaps it's time to discuss this in advance with the service adviser as I like the car wash included in service.
As an aside got charged an extra $2.99 for a 6th quart of oil. That's a new one.

That's a weird one. 5 quarts will always fill my crankcase. Won't the 6th quart overfill it?
Our dealer bent the antenna the same way once. Score: Dealer 1, Wife 2, Daughters 0, Me 0 (so far....)

Yup, 6th quart...no way....Did all my oil changes for 12 years, car only takes 5.....with filter....That jacked you for that quart of oil....even the owners manual says 5.....

Even 5 quarts overfill mine by the littlest margin. But 6 quarts? That is crazy!
Ripped you off forsure. That is why I change my own oil and transmission fluid(s) now because mechanic shops be cheating on you these days.
Good example to look up on YouTube, type in: Jiffy Lube scam
They charge you for services and doesn't even do them (i.e. Not changing the oil filter, etc)
Edit: I'll just attach it to the post.

You guys make a good point about the oil as overfill can cause problems too. Just checked the level and it was hard to see the oil on the dipstick since I have only driven 20-miles since the change and the color is still light yellow but it looks like it reaches exactly to the 2nd circle for the full level. I will probably ask the mechanic to double check and point out the overcharge to the adviser as both issues together are a bit annoying.

Definitely get your money back for the 6th quart, because like mentioned the RX only takes 5.0 Qts. (4.7L).
Also, if the oil is coming up to the 2nd circle, then that means that it's full, but not overfilled. Meaning, they didn't even put in the 6th quart of oil, but rather just charged you for it.
