Default Squealing

Only problem with my RC F after a week is the brake squeal at crawling speeds.

I know it is a result of the high friction performance pads, but is there anything that can be done???

You need to bed in the brakes. Ease up on the hard braking for 400 miles.

^^ This.. When I bought my V I was told to go easy for the first 200-250 miles.. Brake gradual and try your best to avoid hard "panic" type braking until the brakes were broken in.
