Mine works just fine. Just about the same as my heated seats on the IS300.

I've brought this to the attention of my service manager. He agrees that the seat heater is much less robust than some other Lexus models. On the highest setting, I can definitely feel some heat. On the lowest setting, I cannot. Compared to our Audi, the RC F heater is anemic.

I think the problem is it is that they are weak when married to the nuluxe material, as the nuluxe is much thicker than normal vinyl/leather and the molding process is different, I believe it reduces the pass thru heat of the heating elements in the seat.

but using an infrared thermometer I can see them go from 60° to 78° within about 3 minutes and 100° within 15 minutes, so I know they are working.

my Camaro seat heaters would burn your a$$ on high after about 3-4 minutes with the leather seats, the ones in my Avalanche actually blistered the backs of my legs when I used them to try and dry my pants after slipping in the snow and getting my jeans soaked.
GM knows how to make heated seats. My Pontiac Grand Prix GTP used burn asses lol. My RC F not so much. You might be onto something about the material. My '14 IS 350 F sport produced minimal heat as well. But I felt it more in that than my RC F.

I got the "Nuluxe" (whatever that is?). The car I test drove had Leather seats and I could swear both the heat and AC were more discern-able than with mine. At least I can remote start it in the morning with the Carista app - so it's already nice and toasty in there when I get in!

How fast does it remote start your car with the Carista App? The enform takes too long (30-45 secs) compared to my viper (10 secs) in a honda civic.
