Default Ultra white rc350 fsport coated in 22ple

Hi everyone

Friday I had my car coated in 22 PLE and I wanted to share with you some pictures of how it came out. My rims were coated with opti coat.

These were taken by my detailer and he put them on his Facebook page and Instagram. I haven't taken any of my own shots yet but I will start today.

Car came out great and it does continue to cure for five days after applied.

The picture with the reflection of the wood is actually from the roof of my car and that reflection is my wood garage door.

Enjoy. I'll add some additional shots later today

If you want to do it yourself it costs 125 bucks for the 30mL.

I'm fixing to do mine in Cquartz

We met at sticker city on Monday, I was the one with the atomic silver RC350 F sport. Thank you for showing me this amazing product, I am getting it done this week. Will post pictures when it's finished!

Hi

Yes I remember you. How did your tint come out?? I suggest you get the rims coated too. For my rims my detailer recommended opti coat instead of 22ple. He said it's more durable for the rims.

Who is doing your 22ple??

Default 22ple

The tint came out great I ended up doing 15% all around. I will be doing the 22ple myself, I have bought all the necessary applicators to do the job. I'll take your advice on using opti coat for the wheels. What are your thoughts on the 22ple for the windows?

I have never done the windows before. They do have a special coating for that. I would only do the windshield though. You have to time the point at which you put it on and then you take it off for the 22 PLE your car. My detailer waited about six minutes in between application and wipe off and remember once you use these microfibers on your car to wipe it off you don't ever use them again you throw them away because they harden and then can ruin your car. Make sure you do a really thorough wipe down when you're polishing it because if you miss a spot it's going to leave a white spot on your car so make sure you wipe it very thoroughly and remember you're not supposed to really drive a car for 8 to 12 hours after application and it takes about five days to fully cure on your car. You need to do a very thorough cleaning of the car before application and get all the tree sap off and then you wipe it down either with an alcohol-based cleaner I believe prior to application.

Did you buy that 22 PLE VS1 final coat? You can apply this about three hours after you've applied and polished the 22 PLE. I applied it by hand after my detailer completed the 22 PLE application and my car is smooth as glass. I did wait about six or seven hours to apply it after the coating was done. I highly recommend the VS1 final coat.

Default 22ple

This is what I bought. I've seen several videos on how it's applied. I bought 36 microfiber towels for the job. Should be enough hopefully.

Those towels should be enough. As it dries it's going to feel gummy and tacky when you go to wipe it off that's how it's supposed to be it doesn't really dry to a silky smooth finish when you're done with it or even after it cures but when I put the final coat on there it made it smooth as glass

Default 22ple

By final coat, do you mean another layer of the same product. Or is it something I need to buy separately?
