Default Where to buy stiffer exhaust hangers?

Hey everyone, can someone please recommended where to buy hangers for my exhaust? I really dislike how much the exhaust bounces with the stock rubber hangers.

Is there a brand someone recommends? I heard of Cusco but I can't actually find any for sale that fit my 06 IS350. Can one of you kind members please help me out? Thanks.

I actually have an aftermarket Tsudo exhaust right now. But yeah even when I was OEM it bounced and that was still pretty annoying. But now that I have even bigger tips (comparable in size to HKS) it looks even bouncier , especially since I'm dropped and stiffened up.

Exhausts brands would probably sell hangers?

My car made a high-pitched ''TOK'' sound when I rolled on bumps and originally thought it was the suspensions but they were changed before I bought the car. Just realized a couple days ago it was probably the exhausts, that's funny!

Buying an aftermarket exhaust this spring; that will solve it!

I have in my possession some "race" exhaust hangers. However, the hole-to-hole distance in the hangers are not as described in the ebay listing. So after I received them, I told them my findings. My refund is being worked at the moment AND I get to keep them. Since they're shipped from Hong Kong, they said not to bother with a return.

If I find time this weekend, I'll remove the rear bumper cover and try out these "race" hangers. The hole-to-hole distance I had purchased was 1.1" vs 1.6" that I actually received.

I'll see if these 1.6" hangers are a good fit and will report back.

You can also try to bend the muffler hangers or weld some ''custom made'' to fit. I heard many stories where the exhaust weren't centered properly with the bumper after installation. Ebay can be a pain in the a** sometimes

Well, I installed the "race" hangers over the weekend. Wow, did anyone else not know that one of the hangers for each muffler is a "semi-permanent install? Meaning, Lexus flares BOTH ends of the tublar insert they use to go through the muffler bracket and the hanger? Square peg into round hole...no go! WHAT A PITA! Used a wedged-shaped punch to re-form the one side nearest the rear of the vehicle and pounded it through.

Could have removed the entire rear bumper bracing and safety collision components; however, I didn't want to mess with it and have any more issues on my hands.

Once these troublesome inserts were pounded out, it was a simple matter of applying silicon lube and removing and installing the new. i used a simple bolt/nut setup as the replacement of the flared tube; locktite is recommend.

After the bumper reinstall, visually there isn't much difference...but I can tell there is. I have a GFX kit with GFX muffler tips; they do sit up slightly tighter into the muffler cutout. But just not as high as I was attempting to get with the 1.1" hangers.

Anyhow, here's the link to the ebay listing where I purchased mine from Hong Kong. They're definitely quality pieces and despite the hassle with not getting what I had paid for, I'd still recommend them.

Only have one trip to work on them, but no odd noises or vibrations to speak of.

Oh, after 10 yrs, I have to say I was surprised not to see any cracking or breaks in the OEM hangers. The hangers holes however are now oblong and allow for more movement than one would probably care for.

Can someone explain / take picture where exactly to put these? Tie-wraps seems to work as well, but I don't know where exactly. In the hangers?

^They're saying to "rig" the existing rubber hangers to be tighter by using these worm clamps.
