Anyone buy a aftermarket(magnaflow) catalytic converter?

Default Anyone buy a aftermarket(magnaflow) catalytic converter?
Hi folks,

I'm debating if I should buy a magnaflow catalytic converter since the OEM one costs as much as my mortgage payment

Has anyone had any experience with an after market catalytic converter on their IS350? The one I have seen on the net that's selling for our cars is the magnaflow brand. I have no experience with the brand or any aftermarket parts in regards to the emission system.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

What model year and mileage are you at? A cat is covered under the emissions warranty for quite a while.

I have a 2006 IS350 with about 83,000 miles. I believe the warranty is for 80k miles under?

I bought one not for my either of my IS' but for my Integra and I've been very happy with it.
