Default Chip

Was looking at putting a chip in my 03' GS 430 anybody have one that they think is good?
Did it help at all with gas mileage?

Depends on the chip. In theory yes it will increase mpg but if its the cheapo stuff from ebay for obd2 I'd be weary. Getting a SAFC or some kind of air controller will definitely increase mpg and overall performance but it also requires manual tuning. I've heard of gforce performance chips and have no personal experience but have seen youtube video of burning one lol. There are performance ecu that are plug n play (I think) but also cost about $2400.
