Short Ram, or Cold air intake?
Been deciding whether to install a short ram, or a cold air intake. I know that the short ram is much more safe in wet conditions, and the cold air isn't so much. Another thing is temperature. The short ram can get extreme in temperature, same for the cold air, but not as much

If you're worried about temps, a couple brands also come with a heat shield with a kit... K&n is one of them

most you can gain from a cai is like 5-8 hp and maybe 3-4 with a shorty. you are better off building your own kit for way less $$ and can route it any way you want. The only difference my Sc has from its CAI is the sound, it is much more throatier.
