Many Questions
Okay I am at 125,000 miles now. I bought the car about 10 months ago at 110,000 miles. I was wondering about a few things:
The SRT Intake. What gains does it offer? I have heard good things about it, yet I want specifics. Will it improve Gas Mileage, Acceleration, Top end, etc.? Also how is the sound? Too loud, or just right?
Next, a Performance Torque Converter. I know it improves Acceleration, but how does it affect gas mileage?
Also, I was wondering what I could do to make my GS 400 feel a bit "less used", or run like new again. It still runs very well, but I was just looking for maintenance tips, etc.
One final question is how can I reduce the lag with the throttle response? I want to step on the gas and have a more immediate response. Sorry about all the questions guys

1- Srt intake will give the motor more air... little more power and a little better MPG
2-torque converter will not help MPG..
3-If your Gs400 feel a (bit) used is because is a pretty old car.... buy new shocks.. new tires... alignment... bushing etc.. moving suspension parts and it will help the GS feel newer...
4- you can do a couple of things to reduce lag /tranny flush maybe but car comes from factory like that... throttle cable pulley...but it sounds like your trying to make a used car feel like a new car which is hard to do cheap
but rule 1 is to use the SEARCH FEATURE.

Thanks for all the information. I was aware that the Torque Converter would not help Gas Mileage, instead I was wondering how much it would hurt it. I enjoy going from 0-60, and I here a TC is the best way to improve that time, so that is why I was wondering. Sorry I didn't search, I actually lurk around this forum quite a bit and I hadn't seen the information.

Have you used search? As far as pulling Ecu and pulling neg batt. terminals. From what I remember its because the Ecu got used to the way you drive. Correct me if I'm wrong....
