Twin TT Denso or Single Bosch 044 Pump
#16
I will be running Aristo ECU w/ MAPECU 2....would like to try and run just a single pump.....not trying to over complicate it....
-8an feed from tank to bay...then split to 2 -6an to feed SARD rail, -6an return to SARD FPR, then back to tank.

Ok gotcha. Dont know why i was thinking me3. i guess i read on it too much. Me2 is same thing. maps can still be loaded and used. Well whether you use pump or e, having the availibility of injector size is a plus. You can chill with a pump gas map. then use the secondary table for your e85. Get a conservative tune on pump gas to get a feel and behavior of the car feedback and the me2. Then you can copy your pump gas map and add it to your secondary fuel map, and subtract the % of fuel to compensate for your injector size for your e85 map.

I made the hanger my self out of aluminum and I am actually selling two of the pump brackets if anyone is interested. I could possibly make another but that would take some time if your willing to wait. For wiring, The two pumps are run off two relay's, one for each pump, then triggered by the AEM through a ground output. And yes they are configured to be run staggered. Cruising around town one is always on, Ones -4psi is reached the second pump turns on.
On the twin -6 feed to both sides of the rail, I think it isn't really needed. That just calls for more fittings and line to be ran. A single -8 to the back of the rail to -6 return on the front of the rail to a FPR than back to the tank will do. You will save about 60 bucks if not more in fittings and line if you just do a single -8 feed line. Yes, some will say its ensures that all of the injectors will get the same amount of fuel flow but that's what a FPR is for. The injectors will get the same amount of fuel pressure either way. Just my 2cents!
