Default Belt tensioner

Anyone know how to tension the drive belt on a 94 SC300? My drive belt snapped when driving yesterday and I got the new one on, but there is a little bit of slack in the new belt (yes it is the right part) and I know I need to tighten it with the tensioner, but don't know where the bolt for it or anything is. Thanks in advance.
