Default Spark Plug stuck

I have a 93 SC400 and I have a spark plug stuck in cylinder number 8. The issue I am running into is that the rubber grommet is stuck around the spark plug and I can not get it off or a socket around it to remove the spark plug. Any ideas?

You're going to have to pick it out with a long sharp wire or long needle nose pliers. Happens every once in awhile. Hope you're replacing plug wires too as that's where it came from.
