Personally I would email precision and ask them specifically what to use if this turbo is new and under warranty. Then save it, so if you have a failure you can have a record of utilizing their recommendations. There have been issues with this in the past and precision can be some **** about stuff

Also, what really makes a difference is the cartridge. Is it ball bearing or journal?
Industry standard is -4 for journal, -3 for ball bearing. You're about to have a lot of people telling you restrictor this restrictor that with -4, like in a lot of the holset threads around where the people don't really have first hand experience. This place is bad about that. Another reason I suggest contacting the manufacturer aside from covering your ***.

It's a journal bearing, and yes brand new.
