sorry for the run on sentence style post, it was done from my phone guys
i believe i found it though if anyone can confirm. its on the drivers side of the tranny next to the solenoids, it doesnt seem to have a very wide range of adjustment but i turned it all the way clockwise.

i see, its on the drivers side above where the solenoids are. Not really able to turn it that much but that + tightening the trans throttle body cable seemed to help.
But not sure if its related now my "wide open switch" doesnt wanna kick down gears now, you know the button at the bottom of the gas pedal.

The WOT switch (not sure what yota calls it) is the button your pedal depresses when you floor it ALL the way, you can actually feel it when u put your foot all the way down.
its a 1993, no pics but its really easy. If you standing under the car on the left side of the trans look at the solenoids. Right above the first one closest to the front there will be a small screw/dial looking thing you can put a flathead in and turn. Thats what im talking about
