Well, what wouldn't be for a w58? I ordered the SPEC clutch kit from MVP Motorsports under the 5speed SC300/GS300 section, so obviously those are w58 parts. And they perfectly fit my flywheel which also bolted onto the engine with no problem. I was actually gonna call MVP tomorrow to ask them if I should of ordered for the MK4 supra instead of a sc300/gs300 kit, but I don't think that's an issue.

Could anyone else confirm with me if my flywheel is toasted, or is it fine with the amount of face it's got left?

Attached are pics of how the clutch sits on the pressure plate, then how it sits on the flywheel. I just finished picking up my tranny + clutch setup from a shop to look it over and they say the clutch is defective and should sit flat/flush against the contact surface of both. Have we finally found the culprate here guys?

I would say most definitely yes. Should sit flush...

I made a few calls, and definitely this is a clutch defect. Thanks for all your close support CL members. I'll keep you updated on the final status of this issue. I'll be ordering a Exedy clutch next.
