Default 99 sc won't start.

Battery is good.
starter is good.
what are other things i need to check? Im guessing wiring?
If so what wires should i be looking for and where are they located on the car? Do i need to use a meter to check or just look for corrosion?

Also could it be a fuse?

fuel, air, spark...one of them is missing. I would start by listening for the fuel pump to prime. If it does move on to checking for spark

Be more specific, Does it turn over? What doesn't work, and any CEL or warning lights?
