1jzgte supra swap wiring harness to a sc300
After doing some research heard that all you have to do it swap some pins and to extended the harness for it to work in a 97 sc300. Can someone chime in that knows if my research is correct? Also which pins do I need to swap.

Are you sure it's even a supra swap? There's lots of information here about doing this. But judging by this thread, I'd say go with cartmill or account2x. Browsing these forums I have complete confidence they know their stuff. This will make your project snap together. Don't spend your money with tweak. Sure people praise him, but you'll get a better deal other places for same quality work or better.

Have you ver done anything of this nature before? I seriously recommend finding a factory electrical wiring diagram for your year model car, then spend an evening reading through the section in the beginning on how to use the manual. It will teach you how to identify plugs, pin locations, etc. A multimeter and this book is all you really need if you understand automotive stuff.
Seriously though, with your stock harness and some initiative, a jzx90/jzx100 5spd swap wouldn't be so bad either. It'll come with the extended shifter housing you're looking for, just a little more involved as far as combining the two harnesses. And you'd have to drill/tap your stock oil pan for the return flange, then swap pans and locate a factory supra/soarer return flange for the twins. A little more work, but soarer swaps are becoming rare these days. I'd prefer a choice between 5 x chassis front sump swaps over one soarer swap. But that's just me. Whatever you do, take your time to learn what you're getting into. There's lots of good info here and other places. Good luck.

Also, do you have any pics of the actual engine set you were talking to the importer about? Because even though they are in the business, they can be completely retarded and call it a supra swap when it is a soarer swap just because it's rear sump. Not uncommon. A pic of the ecu , harness plugs, and engine would be enough to tell us. Seriously, importers can be pretty stupid. They may have exactly what you're looking for without realizing it.

I have done a few engine swaps but none that I had to do extensive wiring. I fix airplanes for United Airlines for a living so I can read blueprints and wiring diagrams. I just don't know exactly what is different between supra and soarer engine. I know the supra has a mechanical speedo but they make an adapater for that from marlin crawler so I believe i can just install that to make it work. I can't find the wiring diagrams for my 97 sc300 or do I have enough wiring diagram for a JDM 1jzgte for supra.
