Hey guys, not sure if this is a t-belt tensioner, Power steering pump, or something else but I made a little video for some help. The car drives 100% normal minus the sound it makes. Its mostly on idle but you can hear it slightly when it revs a little higher. I had a problem a while back with the power steering up and it turned out to be a clogged Resivoir. Not sure if this is the same thing as before but it sounds like its coming from the right side of the t belt area under the cover. Is the power steering fluid supposed to be swirling around with the car on? Cause its not....

It does indeed sound like the timing belt tensioner pulley. A stethoscope from the auto parts store would help sort it. It could be some other pulley but it does not sound like the power steering pump bearing to me. AC is too low, I think. Alternator is on the other side as is the water pump (low again). I suppose it could be the fan clutch. Remove the fan. Run briefly, Listen for change. Eliminate it if it sounds the same without the fan on it.
