So it's safe to say the w58 w/ 3.26 gearing combo will be fine then if the r154 is a tad longer geared. This and a couple of other threads satisfies my concerns I didn't want to install it and hate driving the car. For reference the gearing is really short on the stock 5spd 4.08, I can be chugging up a hill in 5th gear at 25 mph / 1100 rpm with light throttle and it does it fine lol. My highway RPM is 3k at 70mph too so that needs to change.
Is it safe to say the speedo will now read slower? I'm expecting the rpms to be around 2300-2500 at 70mph with the 3.26 which is about a 20% difference, will the mph be off by 20% as well? Are there proven fixes for this?

And with the 2jzgte w/ BW366 I cant stay in boost long enough due to the short gears....
