Default Transmission whine

Well I got my new car (95 sc400 167k). I hope to get some pics up soon everything is working and running great. I have noticed at lower speeds and loudest as rolling to a stop that there is a whining sound. I don't remember it doing it in neutral either. It may already be getting louder and i never hear it over 30mph because of raod noise. It sounds like its from the front passenger side of the engine or wheel well. Any ideas? Hoping its a bearing or something.

a search would have been your friend.. its a commonality and its BEEN covered. Your torque converter is going bad. Im assuming you havent checked or flushed the tranny fluid? either way, get it fixed because it does go out without warning and the car will leave you on the side of the road one day.
