1JZ single turbo exhasut manifold - - what are you using?

Like the title says im looking to go single and need to see what everyone else who has done it is using for an exhaust manifold.....

ebay?
custom?
Let me know what you got and what you think of them?
Also about this single turbo swap im hearing its a bit different with RHD cars, so i have a soarer and am wondering if ill run into issues.
