Speedometer and RPM gauges not working? *New here*
Hello!
Just finished searching about 5 pages of info on here, all which didn't return any detailed answer.
My buddy just picked up a '93 SC300 auto last Friday. Beautiful car; grabbed it at a great deal.
Everything works on the car.
However, the gauges are acting up. Everything on the cluster works fine except for the speedometer and the RPM gauge.
RPM gauge doesn't work at all.
Speedometer gauge is about 30mph off. When I was doing 70mph in my SUV and my buddy was beside me in the SC, his gauge showed 40mph.
No CEL, no issues with any of the other gauges.
Any thoughts? Is there a particular issue that most SC's go through with the gauge cluster? I'm VERY new to this car, as he is, so bare with me lol.
Thanks!

I say go pick up another cluster, that usually solves the problem.. Pm ALIGA he has everything you need. Cluster are notorious for dimmed needles or laggy etc. Replace it for all the headaches. Unless someone here chimes in.
