TDDLC Computer causing car not to start??? Help with wiring diagram
I'm having a starting problem on my 1992 SC400. When I turn the key to start nothing happens, I hear a few clicks under the hood but no starter noise at all. The gauge lights don't go off and my red security light won't turn on when I lock the doors.
I'm still learning how to read wiring diagrams. Here's the starter relay schematic.
I have a constant 12V on pin 3 and a constant ground on pin 2. Pin 5 shows no voltage since that's the signal to the starter. Pin 1 shows no signal either, which is from the IGN main relay.
I hooked a wire up to the blue/orange wire (pin 2) coming from the TDDLC computer, when I touch that wire to the battery positive, the starter will work. So if I have the key on and touch that wire to positive my car will start.
Is it safe to say that my Theft Deterrent Door and Door Lock Control ECU is bad? Or is my IGN main relay not sending a signal? I dunno. I suck at reading these diagrams.

Nope the starter works fine. I just cant get the signal to the starter to turn on. If I energize that blue/orange wire coming from the Theft Deterrent ECU, it'll fire right up.
