Default Replacing distributor cap

Hey there!

I'd like to replace the distributor cap & Rotor.. It's been 60K miles since the dealer did it for the previous owner. I managed to get the top half of the distributor cap cover off. I got two bolts of the lower half.. One inboard and one in the middle holding a wire harness clip.. The outboard half seems not to want to leave the car. Anybody know what's holding it on?
I'm working on the driver's side. I have searched.. Have not found.
