Finding TDC
hey guys i was just wondering where is the TDC (Top Dead Center) located on the sc300. Any help would work.

You have white timing marks on your cams and the crank pulley. You have to rotate the crank until all timing marks are aligned TDC with the marks on the cam cover and the front cover of the engine.

Take your distributor out and line this up.
Now take the cam covers off and rotate engine to line these up.

i believe another way is to look through the oil filler cap and see if the cam is pointed upward

Stick a long screwdriver down spark plug hole in #1 piston and hand turn the engine until the screwdriver goes all the way up.
