Default Has anybody used p/s stop leak

has anybody here ever used power steering stop leak? my tie rod boots are leaking from the inside and i wanted to see if stop leak would take care of the problem. any advice would help

replace rack... or you can try it and let us know. but only way is to replace rack

just pull the rack and change it. i tried that lucas stop leak stuff, it works a little but still your seals are old and worn from the ATF making them hard and brittle.

i had my boot leak and that stuff does not seal up any big leaks only small leaks so your better off replacing it.

is it pretty easy to remove the rack and pinion?
