rack and pinion
I have a 99 ls400 and changed my rack and pinion but the car is still leaking....has anyone had this problem? has anyone tried silicone to stop the leak?

No matter where the leak is silicone is not what to use. You say the car is leaking ? You forgot the most important thing. Where is the leak? We can't see it when its just a bunch of words. So you either need pictures or describe the problem real well.
