Default Need a little help yet again

hey guys, experiencing a little bit of troubles with my sc nothing major but definetly noticable.

so recently just to keep a long story short i was experiencing problem replaced the cat blah blah blah ended up just needing a tune up.

car was running great for a few weeks but now for some reason even if its fully warmed up when i first pull off in drive it kinda sputter for a second then evens itself out when i hit the gas.

as well that car seems extremely sluggish 0-40(which isnt too out of the ordinary for our cars) but once it hits about 40mph it has a large hesitation and then pull real hard like a bat out of hell.
i experience this problem even if im at 3/4 throttle not just WOT.

anyone ever experience such a hesitation??? cant really think for the life of me what it could be and i really dont have another car right now so this thing cant sit at the toyota specialist for a week.

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DONT FEEL LIKE READING MY RANT.
-Problem: large hesitation at about 40mph and almost feels as if the engine is pushing through something cause it pulls hard once its past 40mph.

Also from time to time i can hear it idle kinda rough since i have a full cat-back exhaust and you can also feel the sputtering when you put your hand in front of the tip BUT this is only occasional.

could it be from the obdII cat they put on is more restrictive?
