Default Cleaning up engine bay (mechanically)

Alright, I'm tempting to clean up my engine bay as far as wires and hoses.

I'm sure there are guys here in CL that are capable and have the knowledge to do this intense modification.

After helping my brother to NA-T his car and clearing the useless/redundant emission components (not limited to EGR), I want to know if anyone has a write up to do the same thing for our 2jzge engine. I've seen this clean-up job for 2jzgte guys. I know this can be done.

I searched and there is only information about EGR. I know there are a lot more than that to clean up.

Thanks,
Kenny
