TC ECU in a non TC SC400

Default TC ECU in a non TC SC400
I have a 94 SC400 that has a bad ECU. My car doesn't have Traction Control (TC) and I was wondering if I can use an ECU out of an SC400 that had TC. I don't know if it really matters or not, but the ECU I have has a different number than the one I'm being offered. Any thoughts, comments?

The ECU is the same... traction control has its own ECU.
