Question Help-- turbo my sc300?

Its my understanding that my 92 sc300 has the same engine as the base supra. I was wondering if someone could give me a fairly detailed rundown of what i can do.... can i fit a turbo under the hood? exhaust recomendations? new headers? lowering the compression? The more thorough you can be the better. Also I would appreciate links or phone #'s. Thanks in advance.

Many of us on here have the Toyomoto turbo kit, it's the best there is. Call Toyomoto and ask for Lance at 305-599-3050, he'll be able to answer ANYTHING you have a questions about on that car. A couple people on here have had theirs turbo'd for years, it's just as reliable as factory.

He has multiple stages depending on just how much power you want to make. I'm using basically a stage 1, and I'm making over 400hp at the wheels...and that was with plugs that missed above 5k rpms. I can't wait to get a new dyno now!

Yeah check out SC300Ts car...

he's running a bit bigger turbo than CompWiz's, but he is also running the stock compression too (they both are)...

I think Scott (SC300T) is classified as a stage 1.5... and he made 423 at the wheels with a mere 10-12psi of boost, while only gunning it on the dyno over 5000 rpms for some weird problem he was having... check out his website... he'll post it here in a minute i'm sure

exhaust is a 3" downpipe, toyomoto's kit includes that and intercooler piping, intercooler, etc... basically everything you need... and he sells it in pieces too if you want to source your own parts... like the turbo, wastegate, and intercooler (stock SupraTT sidemount in stage 1 and 1.5)
