it has to be something minor if you are getting fuel and spark .did you extend the bodyplugs only? power up the two big orange wires on the bodyplugs most of the time with these swaps those wires dont get current and make you think its a big issue .bypass the fp ecu behind the rear left panel .if your car dont start then its something with the ecu or the harness you extend

harnesses are all extended properly, here is what we have done,
had a soarer 1jzgte in the car running etc drove it for about six months no isssues, tore it down to build it and do a big single (still in the process) so we picked up another 1jzgte low mileage no ecu etc but it was from a supra to get the car back on the road, so we pulled the soarer 1j out and took everything we needed and put it on the supra 1j (oil pan, water pump, harness, throttle body, etc) got it all dropped back in and this happens.
which plug are the orange wires located in under the dash i presume, and thefp ecu in the panel in the left rear how do we by pass it etc. i assume when you say left you mean drivers correct?
Thanks!!

how do we by pass that fp ecu? and the orange wires, were just supposed to put 12v to them? what does this do? i believe we used the supra intake manifold with all the soarer stuff on it tps etc, we looked at them and they didnt appear any different, are they?
