My car isnt running and wont start so the Ecu is my last option for diagnosing.I opened up the ecu and saw no capicitors leaking, can an ecu be "done" or "toast" with no signs of anything burning or anything leaking?????

I believe I am having the same issue with my car. I took it to a mechanic and they told me it was my fuel pump relay. I replaced that and a few weeks
later my car wouldn't start.

make sure all your timing points are lined up. Make sure that when your crank is at 0 degrees that your cam points (should be notches on the cam gears) line up with the reference points on the cam cover. The cam points should be pointing straight up.

my 1jz wouldn't some start some times, it was the coolant temp sensors, there's two sensors in the front of the motor one for the ecu and one for the gauge i think, the one for the ecu was working randomly so it wouldn't start sometimes.

if the cams are slightly out of time, the valves will be open at the wrong time, meaning zero compression.

When you turn your ignition key to "ACC" just before you start and all the warning lights are illuminated on the dash, do you see the check engine light? If not then you have a problem with your brain. Make sure you are getting voltage to the brain especially the black and red wire that comes from the main relay.
