Default Need help from the experienced...sc400 problem

Ok my 95 sc400 is starting to act up on me. When I bought the car a couple years ago it drove fine, but the last year it started doing this weird thing like when I was driving it would kind of lurch like I was hitting the brakes or it felt like the throttle body would just close and open randomly. Just recently it has started tp get progressively worse. It is really annoying to drive now. I put on a cold air intake and it was unbearable to drive so I put the short air intake back on and it isn't as bad. So it would have to be something with the air to fuel mixture? Maybe too much air and not enough fuel? Maybe something with the MAF? If anyone could give me any help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks guys.

Is this only from a dead stop or is it when you accel. while moving? if from a dead stop, you might need to check your TPS, my car does the same thing but I'm too lazy to fix it now

Trac functioning ok? Have you tried to disable?
TPS?
When it is doing this do you see any codes? Have you visually verified that the TB is fluttering?

If you have and those are all ok....
1. Tune up! Check existing wires resistance and check your coils. New plugs.
2. Reset ECU

I have not actually seen the TB fluttering but it feels like it is. It happens only on low RPMs from about 1000 to 3000. The car has 75k miles and is still on the original plus, wires, etc. So what I'm thinking from your posts is that it's either TPS or plugs, wires, etc. Any other possibilities?

Maybe a vacum leak also; I had a hard to find problem when the rubber tube that connects the MAF to the intake was cracked.
