Default Dave H Kit question

Few questions for anyone with the Dave H kit

How much do you think a shop would charge to install this kit? (No way am I going to attempt to install it, the engine will fall out or something)

Are the HP numbers accurate on the nonturbo.com site? It says 300-320 RWHP for autos. Also, what kind of 1/4 and 0-60 times am i looking at?

theres so many other factors that play into this its hard to say what kind of times youll be looking at: turbo size, fuel, compression, boost level and not to mention the limits of your tranny. Youre looking at an increase of anywhere between 50rwhp to 300rwhp depending on those factors, the condition of your motor and the limit of your wallet. Just remember big power costs big money.

Should be charged around 800-1000. This is all of course for a basic setup. If you get into the headgasket, fuel injectors, and fuel pump, expect the # to rise. However this kit is fairly easy to install minust the drilling for the oil lines it's all bolt off and bolt on.

Regards,
Kevin
