So what's new?
I've been away from CL for quite a while now, haven't been doing anything new to my car. I'm just curious if anything new's been made that's of any interest, I see people talking about the SRT ECU's still. Any new performance mods? There was a thread on here with a guy talking about "sixteens." He made it sound like a good deal, except I didn't know what the hell he was talking about. Does CL still have meets and such?

Actually its the same old same old pretty much. No FI for the SC400 yet although there are a couple people working on it(aren't there always people working on it). Theres a group buy on some headers that might work on the SC. The "16" that was being talked about is done by the forum moderator OLT. It is 16 led's your choice of color. Looks nice. He can also do custom needles too. www.lextech.org
A couple companies in Australia have done good work on the 400 including headers and a supercharger but nothing is comfirmed to work on the US model yet. The headers need an EGR flange mounted and noones sure what the deal is with the S/C.

hey madmax -- It's been a while for me too! Oh Lex Luthor bought a 99 S300 and turbo'd it (he gave up on us SC400 people!)
You can tell from my sig that my SC400 suffered a terrible death, but that's that -- I've got an SC300 5sp!
Oh yes -- OLT also has LED brake lights now! (remember ***************** and their thousand dollar kit?)

It certainly has -- I took this year off from college, had my car totaled by my little bro (he was fine goodness!) and now I've got what I wanted from the get-go... an SC300
It's good to see a few familiar SNs around! (I don't feel *quite* so out of the loop!)
