hey guys i am about to pick up a pretty nice tan sc300 it has 80k on it and is an auto tranny. i have been reading up on the posts about the r154 swap but after all the information i have became confused. i know i need the r154 (ofcoarse) and a 1/2jz bell housing. my problem is that i have gotten mixed signals about what other parts i would need.

1. which flywheel/clutch/pressure plate combo would i need?
2. driveshaft? what would i run or do i need to lengthen the stock auto one?
3. to go along with the driveshaft...if i need a different one would i be able to use a tt auto lsd in the rear and have it fit up?
4. will the auto ecu work? i know on hondas they wont run correctly but i also read you can do some tricky wiring, i dunno?
5. next...how would i set the shifter to work since the tranny is shorter then the auto/getrag?
6. lastly would the swap be like the one found here http://mkiv.com/techarticles/auto_to...wap/index.html except for modifying the transmission tunnel?

sorry about the bombardment of questions. i really wanted a 5 speed so i could upgrade easier but i think if i can get the auto car at a decent price i can spend that extra money on a 5 speed swap and still be ahead of what one guy wants for his 5 speed with 160k on it. thanks again
