I often use the voice command for "Go Home" when I'm in an area that I'm unfamiliar with to help get me back to a street that is familiar. Once I know where I'm at, I like to cancel the destination by saying "Cancel Route", but all this does is pause the navigation (she asks - "Pause route guidance - Would you like the pause route guidance?").

Is there a voice command that cancels, and deletes the route? If the route is not deleted, then I will be asked upon selecting a next destination, if I want the new destination to be appended to the last one as a new checkpoint. This is a little inconvenient and not use friendly.

I'm going to try that next time. Overall I'm a little frustrated by the lack of flexibility with the voice commands.

My NX200T Nav is not as user friendly as my 2007 IS Nav. In the IS you can cancel the current route in the menu button. I'll have to try "delete destination" command.

If you delete the destination will the entry still remain in the system for the future?

I ordered sos enform to get me to a us post office...they downloaded the map and sent me to a gravel pit...fak lexus navigation help...unless im needing ambulatory care and in a gravel pit....this app waiting for lawsuit

Yes, previous destinations. There unless you delete it from that screen as well.
