Honestly I dont think there is anyplace that can replicate realy filipino food due to regional variations and ingredients foreign to SF. Also take into consideration the bay area being a health conscious area you are not going to experience the flavors that you would in the Phillippines. That being said there is a place that is chinese owned but is frequented by 97% filipino. This place is called "Superstar", and if you ask any local pinoy around the area they will tell you that they have the BEST filipino breakfast hands down. For the overinflated prices in filipino restaurants, you can get 2 orders at superstars.
